ODS objectives:
• Provide university and school consulting
services to include expansion of programs which
support the development of skills in self-
determination, diagnostic design, program
assessment, disability documentation review,
accommodation identification, training and policy
review.
• Offer personal management counseling
through performance evaluation, action plan for
success, accommodation support, research-
based interventions, and advocacy for personal
goals.
• Design a personal plan for academic success
through coaching to include setting goals,
monitoring implementation, modifying personal
plan and accessing all support services.
• Offer career advising which utilizes personnel
performance data to improve professional
performance and addresses the need for
accommodations and personal disability
