About Us
Dr. Susan has over 20 years experience as an educator, educational
diagnostician, and disability service provider in all levels of education
from elementary school through college. Dr. Susan earned her
bachelor degree in education at Texas A&M University and her
master degrees in special education and education psychology at
the University of Houston. Susan earned her doctoral degree in
education leadership at Bernelli International Graduate University
which is currently pursuing US accreditation . Her international
residency involved working in the area of social entrepreneurship.
Dr. Susan experience includes:
Training/Presentations:
• Presented professional training seminars nationally
• Presented learning model training
• Presented a transition program for new prospective students
• Provided annual introductory training for new employees
• Designed online programs via distance education
Planning and Coordination:
• Assisted executive administrators in program assessment
• Developed assessment tools to monitor client performance
• Interpreted data and designed models for success
• Experienced in the development of assessment data
• Worked in determining program effectiveness
• Advised and consulted with community-based programs
• Evaluated client performance and identify interventions
• Advised client services as related to cultural needs
• Performed item analysis to evaluate program effectiveness
